Society for the Education of American Sailors
The original chapter of SEAS started in Morris County NJ over 40 years ago and expanded to additional chapters in NY and NJ. SEAS Westchester is proud to partner and sail with our sister chapters in the Society for the Education of American Sailors— providing affordable sailing in the NY / NJ area for sailors of all skill levels, as well as those interested in learning how to sail.
One of the benefits of being a member of SEAS Westchester is you are eligible to participate in the offerings of the other three chapters:
These chapters generally offer the same training and sailing options that we do and also some Cruising Options:
February in the Caribbean (Usually 7 days.)
Summer in Europe (Usually 7 days.)
October on the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland (3 days over Columbus day weekend.)
Sometimes a Long Island Sound/Martha Vineyard (Usually 7-10 days.)
